If you're looking for the hard plastic piece that covers the manual override on your Lippert Smart Jack Electric Trailer Jack # LC643589, you can use part # LC733925.

Aside from that and the drop leg # LC405217, Lippert does not offer any other replacement parts for this jack.

@PaulaB This is really unacceptable. So I've got a $400 jack that's rendered useless because your design doesn't include a film replacement for the jack? Always have protected under a roof but this new storage exposed the film this winter and I didn't realize the damage until I pushed on the buttons. What a real disappointment. I can tell you, somehow this has to be made right. I will certainly be outspoken on all of my rv sites about LCI Smart Jacks and their poor quality. This is a terrible design and poor business model. @DonC I don't disagree that it's super frustrating and ideally there would be a replacement. We only carry the brand Lippert though and we aren't the manufacturer. Honest feedback on their products is definitely encouraged around here.
