Heavy trailers and bed loads can make the rear of your truck sag, throwing off braking and steering. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate air helper springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to keep things level front to back. That means safer handling, steady headlight aim, and a more confident ride when towing or hauling. Paired with their roll plates and heavy-duty brackets, the springs spread weight evenly across all four tires so your factory suspension doesn’t take the full hit.
When the road gets uneven or you hit a dip with a load on, built-in urethane jounce springs inside each air bag step in to smooth things out. They engage progressively—the more weight you add, the stiffer they get—cutting down on sway, bounce, and bottoming out. Even if your air bags lose pressure, these internal jounces act as a backup to help carry the load until you can reinflate. Because they engage gently and absorb road shock, the ride stays controlled instead of harsh or jerky.
Whether you’re towing a heavy trailer or running empty, this system adjusts to match what you’re carrying. Add air pressure up to 100 psi for maximum support when loaded or drop down to 5 psi when driving unloaded for a smoother ride. Each spring can be adjusted independently for side-to-side leveling if your load sits off-center. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included so setup is simple and can be mounted wherever it’s easy to reach.
These springs are made with 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber that’s built to handle real work without leaks or premature wear. Instead of steel endcaps that can corrode over time, Air Lift uses high-strength Zytel nylon that’s lighter, stronger, and corrosion resistant. Exclusive roll plates protect the bags from moving parts under the truck while boosting load capacity. With durable construction and urethane jounces that need no maintenance in hot or cold temperatures, this setup is made for long-term reliability through every haul.

Very pleased with this product. Load Lifter 5000 Ultimate air spring helper kit expertly installed by Valley Truck and Trailer in Castro Valley on our 2024 F250 Super Duty. Completely solved the rear sag problem when hitch up to our fifth wheel. Easy to fill to our desired 55 PSI with basic hand bicycle pump. I highly recommend this product and Valley Truck and Trailer. Having truck ride level feels much more stable and safe. I am happy to upload and provide before and after pictures.
