You are looking for the Draw-Tite Hitch item # DT38MR. This hitch mounts behind the rear bumper cover and is completely concealable. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to the 2018 Dodge Durango with included hardware.
I have linked an installation video below along with a couple of pictures so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56336 for a 4-way or item # TK22113 for a 7-way and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the connectors to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
