I have 2017 Audi Q7. Please suggest which hitch wiring suitable for this car? Which should work to tow Uhaul trailer?

Since U-Haul trailers only require the basic trailer light functions you need the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C59236 for your 2017 Audi Q7.

I prefer the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT vehicles that may have more complicated electrical like your Audi but this option does come at a higher price-point. This is due to the clamps it uses to "sense" when to send power back to your trailer lights as opposed to having to actually splice into the OEM wiring like you do with the Curt option above.
