I have a 2016 KIA soul with Blue OX baseplate. I need attachment tabs. Is the BLU57XR compatible? And can you tell me what wiring harness I need to go from the RV to the vehicle?

Thanks for the picture! The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BX2726 that fits your 2016 Kia Soul uses the 62-3469 attachment tabs. We have the 62-3469 tabs available as a pair. They are the Replacement Attachment Tab Assembly item # BLU37XR.
For a wiring harness you are going to want the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267. This wiring kit contains everything needed from the coiled cable to the 6-way connector that is mounted on the front of the baseplate and the wiring and diodes needed for connecting to the tail lights on your Soul.
The 6-way connector also lets you to use the Battery Charge Line Kit item # RM-156-25. This will keep your battery charged while you are traveling so the supplemental braking system and lights don't kill your battery.
If you don't already have a supplemental braking system, I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System - Proportional item # BLU37TR. This proportional system provides precise, responsive braking for your Kia. It responds to the deceleration of your RV to activate your Soul's brake pedal with matching intensity.
