The best hitch for your 2023 Mazda CX-5 is going to be the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # 76138. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Mazda with included hardware.
I really like the Draw-Tite hitch because it installs behind your rear bumper and the crossbar is completely hidden. This leaves only the 2" x 2" receiver visible. Item # 76138 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
