Hello, I tried to have a company wire up a light cord for my 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport about a year ago. I was told that no wire harness existed because Mitsubishi had switched the pins from square to flat halfway through the production year or possibly vise versa, I dont remember, only that the item that was ordered from you did not fit my vehicle. I waited a year and now am looking around again for a wire harness set up so I can haul a 4 prong flat trailer. Im including pictures of what I think is the connection point. Would you please tell me if item number TK67VR will work for my vehicle. I believe I have flat pins. Thank you.

I have a way you can verify what wiring connector you need. Since I do not have access to the vehicle specs of your 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, the only way to verify what plug style you have on your taillights, you need to physically check the plugs on the lights. If you in fact have square plugs, the # TK67VR is definitely the right harness. If you confirm that you have the flat design, you need the splice-in kit # C59496.
