Question:
Can you please go over the differences between the Class III trailer hitches for my 2021 Mazda CX5?

Absolutely!
For your 2021 Mazda CX-5 there are a few different Class III Trailer Hitch options, the Draw-Tite # 76138, the Curt # C13315, the etrailer # e98902, and lastly the # EH68VR.
Starting with the similarities each of these hitches has a hidden crosstube meaning that once installed only the receiver itself will be visible as you can see in the included picture.
When it comes to differences the EcoHitch is a bit more expensive due to it being made out of recycled materials as you may have gathered from its name.
The etrailer, Curt, and EcoHitch all have the same capacities of 600lbs tongue weight and 4000lbs trailer weight were the Draw-Tite has an increased capacity at 675lbs tongue weight and 4500lbs trailer weight.
With all of these things in mind I recommend going with the etrailer # e98902 for a few different reasons. First things first the hitch is made right here in the USA which speaks to its quality, and the matte black powder coat finish is also one of the toughest on the market while it also blends in to the black trim on your vehicle the best as opposed to the gloss black finish on the other hitches.
If you will be towing a trailer with your CX-5 then you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118746, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
I included installation videos of the recommended products for you to take a look at.

Hi, related question about class III hitch choices for a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring: Of the four choices, Draw-Tite # 76138, Curt # C13315, etrailer # e98902, and # EH68VR which one extends FURTHEST out from beneath the bumper. Reason, previously bought the Draw-Tight 76138 from you for my 2017 CX-5. Worked great for the purpose, using with my 1Up USA bike racks, but, even with 1UP double at minimum insertion point when folded flat against the car, had trouble with the lift gate just grazing the top of the double while opening it. Another 1/2 inch out on the receiver, maybe even less, would make the problem go away. Hoping the Curt or the etrailer might extend further and do this, thanks in advance!
