Since the Draw Tite Hitch part # 76138 that fits your 2021 Mazda CX-5 has a slightly higher towing capacity than the Curt # C13315 it would be my recommendation as best option.

If you were looking for trailer wiring too the Tekonsha kit part # 118746 is best option as it has easiest install and most reliable converter box.
