Just bought a LED light from Etrailer and it has three wires red, black, and white. Which one is neutral?

The ground wire (neutral) is the white wire of the ThinLine LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - 15 Diodes - Clear Lens # STL64RCB.
The black wire is the power wire for the taillights and the red wire is the power wire for the stop/turn lights.
