Is the Rubber Gasket Tightly Attached to the ThinLine LED Trailer Tail Light?

Question:
Hello, my question is on the rubber gasket, is it attached to the light or is it loose? Would like to mount it on a topper with 3m tape, do not want to drill holes inn topper!

The gasket is attached to the bottom so I would say pretty tight. You could take a razor to it and cut off sections of the gasket so you can 3M the ThinLine LED Trailer Tail Light item # STL64RCB to your topper without drilling.
