For your 2010 Nissan Frontier, I recommend the:

-Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount # HSAB.

These are universal camper tie downs that will fit trucks with bed rails less than 5-1/2" wide, and include the front and back.

To secure your camper to the tie downs, you're going to also need a set of turnbuckles like the:
