Excellent etrailer service. The turnbuckles went on easily and they seem sturdy. One box must have been a return since it had a little damage at the top where someone bent in the top of the buckle for some reason. It's not a show stopper and not worth the hassle of a return process, but I would have liked an unbent buckle given how expensive they are. Overall a good purchase.
Prompt delivery. They look good and perform the needed function without breaking the bank.

Sent the wrong size/thread nuts for the long threaded hooks, so I had to buy 4 at the hardware store
For the price, I was expecting something a little more quality than square tubing with a nut splatter welded on one end and the other end had a bunch of weld splatter beads loose and rattling in it. It got the job done well for the initial 6 hour drive home with the camper. I was told by the RV mechanic with 15+ years experience to mount them with the box end at the bottom. Otherwise, rain and water will collect in the tube and rust them out leading to a failure. Seems logical to me, and this guy seemed very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. Time will tell how these hold up.
Package appeared to have been opened previously, and there was minor damage to the threads on one of the long bolts. Repaired thread damage with a needle file. Cut off 5" of bolt so would fit my rig (35" between camper and truck tie down points). Installed Torklift TLR 3500 brackets on a the Curt 2 1/2 inch receiver just installed. Had to mount the bracket on the hitch a little forward of what the installation video seemed to suggest, in order to clear the double exhaust on my 2008 F350 SD SRW Diesel 4x4. All fits well and seems very solid.
Easy to use. Not as easy to store while camping. Would buy again

This tie-down works very well with the Tork lift frame mounts. I had originally ordered a set for the front mounts and ended up ordering a second pair for the back. Excellent product.
Most of the camping I have done has been on ocean beach , so it has definitely been in the elms ya of lots of dance and lots of salty wind . There is zero rust or corrosion on the tied downs , everything works like the first day I got it . Such a great product . Thanks

Torklift Springload Turnbuckles. Turnbuckles with a spring is a must have.
Works great. Did lose one in rough terrain but should have checked tightness more often. Overall, etrailer continues to provide top notch service

These seem well made and they are easy to use. The rears fit nicely but the fronts were very close to being short, at least they were with my camper (Lance) and Torklift D2127 tie downs on the truck (RAM 3500).

These turnbuckles work great on my 2021 Ford Ranger. Easy to install. Torklift was great to was great to work with.

After a year the Torklift system still works great for me. Glad I purchased it.
Easy website to use and the delivery came faster than expected!
Personally if found the TorkLift SpringLoad XL Turnbuckles to be more of a pain than anything else. With new camper loaded and 200 miles from home the XL bottomed out and were to long to hold down the camper to the truck. Not a major problem if your home with tools to modify them but on the road its a hole new level of anger.... We took every precaution to ensure this would be a trouble free loading except if they were to long.... If i were to buy again I would not choose these, I would go with the Fast Guns.. In fact I'm replacing these with the Fast Guns and using XL's as a back up..
Great product, no more ugly chains. A cleaner sleek look. Made in USA and life time warranty a definite plus. Easy adjustment for a secure safe tiedown. Very happy with product.

Product makes loading camper a breeze. Looks great and is very secure. So glad I purchased, a great investment.
The first day we received them from etrailers I put them together and had problems with the nut binding on the threaded end i called torklift directly and they sent me out a new threaded end. After that we had know issue for awhile, but after three trips out it did it again. The nut is binding up on the threads and get cross threaded it makes it impossible to disconnect when the threads get cross. It's a real safety hazard when that happens it could even leave you stranded. there's something that needs to be done to fix this problem the last trip I was out on it did it again, I could drive it like that so I had to take a taxi to the hardware store and rig something up. I figured out a solution. But to be honest I wouldn't waste my money on these again.
They work great. They're installed on my truck and camper full-time and no issues after a year.
