Good morning, Would the Thule Motion XT XL roof box fit a 2017 Highlander and still allow the hatch to open? Thanks!

It attches to round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars, including Toyotas. My information says that you will have no problem with clearance when opening your rear hatch but I always recommend confirming before purchasing. The Thule Motion XT will allow you to fully open the rear hatch of your Toyota Highlander if the measurement from the front crossbar and the line where the hatch and roof meet is over 55 inches.
