Hi, can you list the part #s for this 3inch to 1.5 inch reduction that include a T1001C just before the 1.5 to 3/4 hose connector.

It sounds like you're going to need the Valterra Eccentric Tank Reducer # T1041-1 which will mount directly to your 3" spigot, while the 1-1/2" hub slides over the sewer pipe.
Now you can connect to the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Gray Water Tank w/ Cap # T1001C, like you mention.
From here, you can attach the Valterra Gray Water Drain Connector # T01-0094VP for the 3/4" hose connection, or you can use # T01-0091VP if you want a 90° angle 3/4" hose connection.
We have various hoses and lengths available that will work for you like the Valterra Flushing Hose for RV Sewer System # W01-4300 which is 28' long.
Finally, you'll need to use some ABS solvent # A05-0303 to bond the non threaded parts together.
