This Tamarack ST225/75R15 radial tire is built for steady highway use and long-distance hauls. With an 8-ply rating, a maximum load of 2,860 lbs at 65 psi, and a speed rating M (81 mph), it’s designed to stay cool and stable on extended trips. Double steel belts and double nylon plies reinforce the tread, giving you confident performance at speed without excess heat buildup.
You can bolt it on and head out right away. Each assembly is balanced using internal tire balancing beads for smoother rides and extended tire life—no need for external weights. The tire comes pre-mounted on a 15" x 6" steel modular wheel, so there’s no shop visit before hitting the road.
The sturdy silver powder coat finish is layered over an e-coat primer to fight corrosion in wet or humid conditions. Beveled stud holes help keep the wheel tight on the hub, reducing the need for frequent retorquing. The 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and 4.29" pilot diameter provide solid fitment with the strength to handle real-world loads.

The tread pattern uses open ribs and fine siping to channel water away from the contact patch, improving grip when roads are wet, snowy, or slick. 1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

The tires on my horse trailer were no longer safe and the wheels were all rusted. I purchased the Castle Rock ST225/75R15, Quantity (4). I put them on my trailer 9/6/2021. Perfect fit and so far the purchase has satisfied me completely. Wheels and tires make my trailer appear new. I currently have only 10 miles on the tires so I can't rate them for wear.
Luckily I bought two of these right before a long trip. Ended up using one and it worked perfectly.
