i have a single axle utility trailer with ST175X13 tire and wheel assemblies White mod wheels measure 13 in i would like to replace with a chrome wheel. Thanks

Thanks for that photo, and we do have an option for a ST175/80R13 trailer tire and wheel in chrome. From your photo it looks like you have the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, but I do highly recommend verifying this if you aren't sure. I have added links below to help articles on the simple measurement you need to take to ensure you have that bolt pattern.
If so, what you can use is the following:
- Steel Directional Trailer Wheel - 13" x 4-1/2" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Chrome Finish # AM48VR
- Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10199
You'll need to have the tire mounted, but the wheel does have the chrome finish you are looking for. The only other thing you will need are lug nuts, and since both wheels fit 1/2"-20 wheel bolts, the correct lug nuts are the following, and there are locks available as well as a center cap:
- Lionshead Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 1/2"-20 - Stainless Steel # LHLR103
- Wheel Lock Set for 1/2" Wheel Bolts # RG01-150
- Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap # LHCS102-SI60C
