Today we're going to be taking a look at the Lionshead center caps for the trailer wheel. Now these caps are designed to improve the appearance of your trailer, and also keep the end of your hubs clean, so they're easier to maintain. Now, these are designed in three different sizes. These small one is LHCS102, that's going to be for the pilot hole, or the rim opening hole of 3.19 inches. The middle size, LHCS108, that works for the 4-1/4 inch pilot hole rims. And then for the larger size, we're going to have part number LHCS109, this is for the 4.88 up to 4.9 inch pilot holes. Now for the small center cap to fit inside, all of them are going to use the same size.
That part number is LHSI60C. Now, each of our center caps are designed to slide into the respective rim size, with a small flange around the back side that keeps it from passing through. Now, there are also four little raised edges here, as we tighten our rim down, those get compressed slightly, and that will keep this from moving around, rattling around, or rotating. You'll see, without the center cap installed, still going to give us a nice, clean look, and easy access into our easy lube hubs, or even barring buddies. The center cap is just going to be a pressure fit. There's a small notch in it, that you'll want to orient so you can find it.
Pop that on. It's going to give us a more clean look, kind of finishes that up. It's going to keep dirt and debris and stuff like that from getting in our cap. But then, just with a small, flat blade screw driver, we go to that little notch, you can see we can pop them off fairly easily there to gain access. Now, the center cap itself, and the cover are available as a kit, if you want to get them at the same time. You'll just use the part number for the cap size you need, which will be LHCS102, 108, or 109.
Then you'll put a dash behind that, and add SI60C, that will give you the cap and cover that will work for your rim. Then, not only is that stainless steel finish going to give us a nice look, but this is also a very corrosion resistant material, so we shouldn't have to worry about any corrosion. And we'll be able to clean them up nicely each time. And that will complete our look at the Lionshead line of center caps. Available with cover.

Looks Great, Works Great. I put on over the top of my existing hub that has a rubber center cap on my boat trailer. I now get only a tiny fraction of the water I previously got in my existing hub cover with the Lionshead trailer center cap over the top. My greased hub stays grease longer. I launch my boat around 45 times a season. This cuts my maintenance down to almost nothing. Best thing I have done for my trailer.
Bought these to go with the new steel rims for my 2-horse bumper pull trailer. The center cap w/snap in plug, stainless steel cover still looks great. Appreciate the snap-in plug for ease of lube. I would recommend.
I built my" tool shed" on a Triton aluminum trailer. I wanted doors on three sides. I do a lot of volunteer work at a Bible camp and it involves hauling my tools to the job. The trailer had 12x 4 inch wheels and I wanted something I more substantial to carry the load. I ordered the wheels and tires from etrailer. They came on time and we're exactly what I wanted. The hub center caps are of high quality and will certainly help maintain the appearance of our travel trailer; that is, as long as I don’t clip anything else maneuvering in and out of campgrounds.

Center caps fit perfectly, I cannot say enough about lionshead as a company. I purchased a trailer new from Lark and had lionshead wheels on it. The trailer wheel was installed without steel inserts and ruined the wheel on the ride home. I was getting nowhere with Lark but I contacted lionshead and they warrantied the wheel sent me a new one delivered immediately.. In my opinion this wasn’t even lionshead’s fault it was the trailer manufacturer BUT they really took care of me. THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE…

Beautiful high quality center caps! Originally I had dismissed the possibility of having center caps on my new wheels due to the not having easy access to greasing the hubs, but this solution really made it easy to having caps.
This was the last component I needed for the new wheels/tires and lug nuts purchased from etrailet last month. It really dresses up the camper.
These really finish off the new wheels I bought. Well worth a few extra bucks.

The year has gone so fast! These caps look as good today as the day I installed them! They are still nice and tight, and no rattling.
Lost a pop in center cap but like them and looks good on my Polaris General trailer
Fast shipping. Fit great. They do not say etrailer on them. I have not put the plastic caps on yet. A little longer than expected but great product.
Was happy on the look but the cap was plastic Which is fine but when I tried to take it off the first time, the plastic cap started to crack. Also the metal center Cylinder there were small rust spot starting on the stainless steel!

I was very pleased with these. They fit well, and really dressed up the wheels I purchased with them.
My only hesitancy in ordering them to begin with, was the sticker or printing in the picture that says etrailer. I was very relieved when I got the caps and found out that that sticker or printing is not actually on the units. Or at least not on the ones I received so there was no extra time in removing unwanted decals. would definitely purchase again.

I am very satisfied with how most of my order. I was missing my snap in centers and it took an act if congress to receive them. I realize a lot of folks lie about things but I do not. Im satisfied with my order but it just rubbed me the wrong way. And yes if you have what I seek I'll order again so my response will most likely be deleted.
