The very end of center cap included with the Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel - 13" x 5" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Silver Spoke # AX02350545BMFL you were looking at is removeable without taking the wheel off so you will have no issues greasing your spindles with the wheel on.

I included a picture showing the removeable part of the center cap, and a video review of the # AX02350545BMFL for you to take a look at.

It sounds like you need the QuickTrim Trailer Hub Cover #QT545C. Just to be sure this is designed for 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns and has an outside diameter of 6-3/8 inches.
