I checked with Roadmaster, and was able to confirm the fit of a steering stabilizer for your 2021 Jayco Greyhawk 27U Class C motorhome on a Ford E450 chassis. The correct fit is the following part number:

This stabilizer is a really nice choice for upgrading the suspension as it will continually work to bring your steering to center, which is always helpful, but especially so when encountering things like heavy winds.

The steering stabilizer is a nice option, and for another improvement to your ride I highly recommend anti-sway bars because they are made with higher-strength, thicker steel than OEM sway bars. This means the bars are stronger with much higher roll stiffness to combat sway, and allows for the greatest improvement in handling. The best option for just a single anti-sway bar is to go with a rear bar, and you can further improve the ride with the front bar. The fits for your '21 Jayco Greyhawk on an E450 chassis are the following:
