Will item AKEBRK-35R work with my existing drums? Picture attached. The part number on the existing drum is KA90831

Yes. The KA90831 part number you referenced are a 10" x 2-1/4" drum so the # AKEBRK-35R and # AKEBRK-35L would work well for you. If you wanted to upgrade to a self adjusting brake assembly you could use part # AKEBRK-35-SA. These brakes do not come with mounting hardware included but you can pick that up with part # BRKH10B.
