Hi, Looking for this part with a bolt on bracket. The pivoting flat foot adjustable jack for back end of trailer. Thanks

The closest option we have is the Fulton F2 Swing-Up Jack w/ Pivoting Footplate - 4"-5" Frames, Sidewind, Bolt On - 2,000 lb # F1413230134 which has a bolt on mount that fits 4" to 5" frames, and has a foot plate like you were wanting.
This option has the same 2000lb capacity as the # DL22686 you were looking at without needing to weld anything.
