Question:
I have a 2003 Boatmate trailer for a Malibu boat. The jack is a weld-on Fulton with a single bolt welded to the middle of the welded-on plate. The bushing, or washer, for the swivel broke when swiveling the jack up. Is this the replacement? Or is this for the guys of the jack mechanism? If this is not the replacement, can you point me towards one for the metal bushing? If not, is it possible to replace the entire jack, but keep the current welded plate with center-welded bolt, and simply bolt on the new jack?

It sounds like you are actually needing the Replacement Hardware Kit for Fulton Swivel Jacks # F0933325S00.This fits a mounting plate like the # P9012-00 that it sounds like you have welded to your trailer. It includes the metal bushing/washer that you mentioned.
