Do I need to cut 2009 Toyota Matrix rear fascia with Hidden Hitch Class #60898?

I want to install a receiver hitch for my 2009 S Model Matrix. Both the S and XRS models have lowered body trim fascia. Can the Draw-Tite 24812 be installed without cutting the facsia? Does the Hidden Hitch model 60965 fit the 2009 Matrix? I am not sure which is the better fit for the 2009 Matrix S model.

No, you will not. Draw-Tite Class I Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 24812, is the correct hitch for your 2009 Toyota Matrix. It fits all models including those with rear fascia, and does not require cutting of the fascia.

Hidden Hitch Class I Trailer Hitch W/ Drawbar, part # 60965, fits only 2003-2008 Toyota Matrix models, so this would not work for your vehicle. This part is no longer available.
