I checked with the manufacturer for you, and can confirm that the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # 306-X7201 is a fit for the 2021 Tesla Model S.
This hitch allows the receiver to be completely removed when you aren't using it, so if you'd like to utilize that feature you can add a cover, the Undercover Access Hole Cover for EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-XA2001.
