I have a echo-hitch installed on my Tesla Model-S. 1 1/4 inch receiver. What are the dimensions of the XA2001 cover?

The Undercover Access Hole Cover for EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch item # 306-XA2001 measures 10" long by 6" wide. The metal part is 1/8" thick and the rubber seal adds a 1/2".
