I’m trying to get a bike rack for my 2021 BMW X1. I only need it for 2 bikes. The one recommended rear spoiler is the one people are getting for my type of vehicle. Your website says it won’t fit my suv. The one you guys recommend is a trunk type, which I’m sure I will ruin the rear spoiler. Can you guys help to decide?

I'm not quite sure which bike rack you are referring to, however, I recommend going with the Malone Hanger 3 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # MPG2139 which is confirmed to fit your 2021 BMW X1. This is a trunk-mounted bike rack that has straps going over the rear spoiler. While I do not see any negative reviews stating that this bike rack has damaged a spoiler, keep in mind that this will still put some added stress/tension on the spoiler. I have attached a photo of this bike rack on a Subaru Outback with a similar spoiler that your X1 has.
I always recommend going with a trailer hitch receiver-mounted bike rack. This way you will have more view out your back window and hitch-mounted bike racks typically can handle more weight. If you do not have a trailer receiver I recommend going with Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH77VR. Then for a bike rack you could go with Swagman XTC-2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # S64670. While this bike rack typically works with most frame designs on bikes, it is recommended to use Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 if you plan on transporting women's or children's bikes. This will ensure your bikes are safely secured to the bike rack.
