The Erickson Big Bed Load Extender part # EM07600 is a bed extender only. That said, we have plenty of options which are both a bed extender and roof extender like the Erickson Big Bed Junior part # EM07605 or the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender part # MPG907.
