Hello Jim,

Great question, I went to Malone's site and and I do not see that they make one with a 48" roller. The great thing about the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender with Load Roller # MAL32VR is that it is adjustable, the roller is 60".

Is there a specific 48" roller you had in mind? If you can shoot me over the details I would be more than happy to try to get it added to our site. We are adding new things everyday.

What were you looking to use the extender for?

The 42" roller requires the adjustment to only extend 46". To load plywood (48"), one would have to remove the roller which then makes it more difficult to load.

@Jim That definitely makes sense. I just did a google search and came up empty handed on anyone making one with a 48" roller. I am going to reach out to Malone and see if they want to reconsider their design, would make for a larger clientele. Since there is nothing out there like that, you get a hitch extender without the roller like # EM07600, and then attach rollers to it like # UF48-979017, our steel rollers are for RV's but I am sure you could find something like it at your local hardware store that is more cost effective. I used to do construction, mainly masonry work and something like that would have been handy and a back saver.
