The Ram electric trailer jack you referenced is very similar to the Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black # EJ-3520-BBX and the cover Replacement Cover for etrailer and Ram Electric A-Frame Jacks - White # EJ-3520-CVRW is compatible with that jack. I've attached a photo with the dimensions for you to confirm.
You may also want to consider the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks - Vinyl - 10-1/2" x 13-3/4" # UF38-944020 which is a confirmed fit to protect that housing from the elements.
