In order to choose the correct ball mount for your new 2018 Toyota 4Runner you will first need to measure from the ground to the top inside edge of your trailer hitch and then from the ground to the bottom of the coupler on your trailer while level. The difference between the two measurements will tell you the correct amount of rise/drop you need to look for in a ball mount.
Once you obtain these measurements you can either let me know what they are so I can make a recommendation or use them to pick out the ball mount yourself. I have attached our selection for you in addition to a help article.
