Question:

Hi my Ranger did not come with a tow package, I am looking to purchase the bar receiver, I have a tow hitch already 2” please inform me of the cables I need to allow 6,000 max towing. Thank you!

It sounds like you might be looking for parts needed to tow a trailer with a 2019 Ford Ranger without factory tow package. If that is the case then you'd first need to start with a trailer hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13417 is an easy bolt-on option. Then, you will need a trailer wiring harness, the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector part # 22124 which can be secured with the Mounting Bracket part # PK12711U. If you only need a 4-way then you could add the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket part # HM40975.

If you are looking for a ball mount, you'll need to measure first but the etrailer ball mount kit part # 989900 is a good place to start. In regards to safety chains, these usually come on the trailer already but we do have tons of options if yours did not come with them like the Buyers Products 3/8" x 35" Class 4 Trailer Safety Chain part # 337B03835SC (2).
