Yes, the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 22124 can be paired with a wireless brake controller such as the Curt Echo # C51180.
Your 2020 Ford Ranger will have to have the factory tow package and you will need to run the additional wire to the battery in your engine compartment for the 7-way to fully function.
