Will the 4 pin flat part#118325 fit a 2021 Ranger?

The Tekonsha # 118325 won't fit the 2021 Ranger. Instead, you'd need to use part # 22124 if your truck isn't equipped with the factory 7-way connector. You can then use either an adapter like # 47345 or a T-harness like part # 118384 which would install inline between the 7-way and the harness provided by the # 22124.

I'd recommend the T-harness versus the adapter, as the adapters are easily misplaced.
