Can I Add a 7 Way Connector to my 2019 Ford Ranger without the Tow Package 4 Way Connector?

I have a 2019 ford ranger that already has a 4 pin connector will this work for me? I didn’t get the factory tow package. Trim is xl with stx package and I have backup sensors.

I have a solution for you, but because your 2019 Ford Ranger did not come equipped with the factory tow package, the Tekonsha T-One # 22124 won't work on your vehicle. Instead you need the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 which will use the 4 way connector that has been installed and add a 7 way using that plug.
This kit comes with all of the wiring and hardware you'll need to install the 7 way on the back of your vehicle. This harness will allow you to neatly mount the connector below your back bumper and keep your 4 way connector active to use as well.
