Each of the trailer idler hubs with a 5 on 5" bolt pattern are a fit for 3,500 lb axles and use inner bearing # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter), outer bearing # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter), and grease seal # 58846 (1.719" inner diameter) so you will want to make sure those are the correct bearings and seal for you.

You can do this by taking apart your current hub and looking at the bearing numbers, or by using Digital Caliper # 301-17068 and measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.

If your spindle matches up, you can find the right hub depending on if you have an E-Z Lube spindle or a standard spindle, and if you want your hub to come pre-greased or not, as those are the only differences between the hubs. Here are the options for you:

Standard Spindle:
- Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5" # AKIHUB-550-35-K
- Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 5 on 5" - Pre-Greased # 84550BX

E-Z Lube Spindle:
- Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 5" # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K
- Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 5 on 5" - Pre-Greased # 84550UC1-EZ

I have added links to video reviews of these parts for you to check out as well.
