Great question!
The best way is to pull the hub and either check the bearing and seal numbers or measure the spindle itself where the bearings and seal ride (see attached photo). These specs apply to pretty much every 3,500 lb axle made since the 90's so if your axle is rated for 3,500 lbs odds are you have the #84 spindle but you can use the specs in the photo to double check on your end.
If you do have the #84 spindle then the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K will work but if you find different bearing/seal numbers or measurements just let me know what you have and I'd be more than happy to further assist!
Attached is an installation video you can check out. In this video we remove the old hub and install the new one so you can have step by step help on both side of the installation.
