The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13393 is just what you need to install a trailer hitch on a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 without factory trailer hitch. The setup you have now is just a cross member which is used to provide support when towing from the bumper. I have attached an install video for you of this very hitch installed on a model with the same setup as yours. As you can see, it's a bolt-on installation.
If you need a trailer wiring harness as well, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55774 is a plug-n-play fit so long as you have the US Car plug under the rear bumper.
Unfortunately, they don't offer any options like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13333.
