Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C15307 will only install with the factory receiver in place on your 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. With you having a factory receiver this is the only option currently available as the factory receiver is integrated into the bumper support. To install a receiver like the Curt # C59UR which fits without the factory receiver you would need to find a bumper support from a truck that did not come with the factory tow package.
