What is the replacement for the 4700k.

The correct replacement operator mechanism for your MaxxFan 4700K is # MA10-20281K-1AF, if you are unable to open the vent lid even manually, this is the part you need to replace.

I attached a photo of the fan's diagram to give you an idea of where the mechanism is. The entire unit will need to be dismounted, and disassembled to replace the operator mechanism so you can use Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW to seal it all back up.
