Question:
Hello. I recently bought an old home made trailer and it has old mobile home axles on it. I’m trying to find a replacement brake drums for it but I’ve had no luck. The inner bearing is 1.750 Id and outer 1.250 Id and drum itself is12x2. Also drums have numbers on them M129. And H/A 9089280. Thanks.

Thank you for providing the inner diameter of the two bearings; that is especially helpful when trying to determine which replacement parts are going to work. Even though we can confirm the bearings are a fit, you'll also want to make sure that the grease seals on any hub/drum assembly, as well as the races are a match for your. I'll also take this opportunity that while mobile home axles are cheap and readily available, they're really only designed to be used the one time and then discarded; continuing to use a mobile home axle could end with it malfunctioning during a tow- so you may want to consider replacing the entire axle with a complete axle kit (if you want to go that route let me know and I can provide you with the measurements we'll need to find a replacement axle).
For reference, a common hub/drum assembly using bearings that correspond to your spindles is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum # 8-201-9UC3-EZ which uses a 1.75" ID inner bearing and a 1.25" ID outer bearing. This hub/drum has a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and uses the following components (you'll want to verify that your bolt pattern, races and grease seal measurements match up with the ones provided below):
Bearings (included)
Inner bearing: # 25580 (1.75" inner diameter)
Outer bearing: # 15123 (1.25" inner diameter)
Races (included)
Inner race: # 25520
Outer race: # 15245
Grease seal (included): # GS-2125DL
Inner diameter: 2.125"
Outer diameter: 3.376"
The brakes you can use with this hub/drum setup are the # AKEBRK-7-SA which are a 12" brake assembly and the kit comes with brakes for both sides of the trailer.
If you find that you've got some slightly different grease seals or races, please let me know what those measurements are and I will continue to search for an appropriate replacement.
Most mobile home axles use wheels that will not be compatible on any other trailer application, so you'll also need to purchase new wheels/tires to complete this repair. For reference, the Kenda # AM33135DX are a wheel with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and a Load Range G tire, which are the appropriate rating for a 6000-lb trailer.
I have linked some help articles that show which bearings are typically found on different sized axles (it looks like you've got between a 5200 and 7000-lb axle), as well as some informational videos about the products mentioned in this answer.
