I have a hitch for my 2020 passport but I am towing a small pop up trailer with brakes. can i put a 7-way on this vehicle? it has a factory tow package

Maria, It is possible to put a 7-way on the 2020 Honda Passport with factory tow package with Tekonsha wiring part # 118291. This wiring harness will plug into the factory OEM port under the bumper and give you a 7-Way plug at the rear of your Passport. It includes all of the required fuses to activate the tow package.
You will need the mounting bracket part # PK12711U and Curt No-Drill Bracket for 6-Way or 7-Way Round Trailer Connector Mounting Bracket - Long part # C57202 to mount the 7-way.
