Adding trailer lights doesn’t have to mean cutting or guessing at wires. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package plugs straight into the existing vehicle wiring in the rear cargo area. Everything connects cleanly behind trim panels, giving you a 4-pole flat trailer connector without any wire splicing or extra tools.
A short in a trailer’s wiring can do real damage if power feeds back into the vehicle circuits. This harness includes a powered converter that isolates and protects the vehicle electronics from shorts or backfeeds on the trailer. It keeps your system safe while supplying the proper signal power for running, brake, and turn lights.
The kit comes complete with a red 10-amp mini-blade fuse for the inline holder and a pink 30-amp box fuse for the engine-bay fuse box. These fuses activate and protect the tow package circuits, so once installed, everything is powered up and ready for towing.
The 4-flat connector gives you the basic lighting functions—running, brake, and turn signals—for small to mid-size trailers. It’s the standard trailer connection for everything from small campers to utility trailers, making it easy to hook up and tow safely every time.

The harness is great. But the information said it comes with a grommet to pass under vehicle through where the jack is. Other than that. etrailer is awesome, bought hitches in the past and now wire harness. 100% recommend etrailer.
Relatively straightforward install; functions as expected.
Purchased the wiring harness along with the receiver in case of pulling a trailer, but haven't had a need to install the wiring yet; haven't towed my trailer this season. Only used the receiver to haul bikes on a hitch bike rack. The wiring harness is a simple installation and can very easily be installed within 10 mins.
Everything went well as on your video except for one thing that has nothing to do with your product. The Phillips screw to remove the bottom left hook for the cargo net would not budge no matter how much torque I applied (some factory over- torquing screwup!). It took me 30 minutes by feel alone to locate the vehicle plug which was tucked up real high with wiring harness folded and taped so that you can’t bring the plug into view. Hard work working with your thumb and index finger trying to locate, then undo a wrapping of electrical tape on the harness. Honda makes a good job keeping you from reaching the plug without removing or pulling away the left rear interior quarter panel. The local Honda dealership had quoted me about $[xx] to install the hitch receiver and harness. Got it done for a lot less going through you folks. I got lucky getting my hand on that plug! It worked out at the end Thanks for the good video!

Working just great. The only thing I did while installing it was the bracket for the wire plug I did not use the screws that were provided because they were steel and would rust so I used stainless steel
Great product that arrived earlier than expected. If you follow the video on etrailer associated with this product, you can't go wrong. I did find an extra pair of hands helpful to pull out the side panel when I both put in the ground screw and clipped in the module. But not essential. Personally, I did not find it necessary to remove the panel beneath the back seats because I could easily pull out the side panel far enough with just the lift hatch panel removed. I also opted not to attach the control module with sticky tape up and out of site. It did not adhere well to the plastic. Letting it "hang" gave me easy access if needed especially to the 10 amp fuse. But I did feed the attachment wires down into the jack compartment. Finally, put the 30 amp fuse into the slot labeled TRL MAIN. Shown on video
Finally, the little connector I purchase for $7 was worth it.

I bought the Hitch, wiring harness and a bicycle rack for our 2018 Honda Pilot.
The wiring harness was missing from the order and I never followed up on the missing harness since I mainly use the hitch only for the bike rack.
Can you still make this right and send the wiring harness. I'd like to use the hitch to tow a small trailer so I could really use the harness now. Thank You

The wiring harness never showed up.
Again, fast delivery, great customer service. Installation on my 2020 Pilot was just like the (2019) video. The 2020 video was not out at the time I installed this. It was done without issue in about 30 minutes. Much easier than my 2015 CRV.

One year later and still working without a problem. It was so easy to install this kit following the video. It is one of the very few DIY projects that took less time than I expected.
Easy to install and any questions I had were answered by the video they have showing the install. Works great and would order from eTrailer again in a heartbeat. They packed and shipped my order immediately and had my parts in 2 days.
Installed according to instructions with no issues.
No issues with install and functionality. The etrailer videos helped a great deal.
