There is just a single difference between the Curt and etrailer trailer hitches that fit your 2023 Honda Passport, which is the finish. The Curt has a glossier finish than the matte black finish of the etrailer hitch, so you can choose which you prefer. The hitches that fit your '23 Passport are the following part numbers:

The matte black finish is nice as it hides the inevitable dings, scuffs and scratches better than the glossy finish, but if you don't feel strongly either way about the finish - especially because the only thing showing on these hitches is the receiver - then just go with the best price.
