I need a trailer hitch for the 2019 Nissan Titan to tow a small trailer I have a factory tow package and need the plug

I recommend the 2" Class III Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13304 to tow the small trailer with the 2019 Nissan Titan because it is a bit easier of an install compared to the Draw-Tite. I have attached an installation video for your reference. This particular hitch will provide you with 8,000 lbs of gross towing weight capacity. I still recommend to take a look at your owner's manual so you can be familiar with your specific towing weight guidelines for your vehicle.

I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # C55774 which will give you both a 4-way and 7-blade at the rear of the Titan. The wiring harness plugs into the factory port which I have attached an example of. I have attached an installation video for your reference as well. The installation will be the same on your truck.

If you are not sure how much rise or drop you may need in a ball mount yet to tow level, I recommend to use an adjustable ball mount part # WS4-2 which will provide you either 4" of drop or 5" of rise. It also has a scale to read your tongue weight so you don't have to stop at weight station or pull out another scale to weigh your setup. I have also attached a very helpful article that explains how to measure for rise/drop.
