Will this fit a 2017 Nissan Titan sv crew cab. Will the factory connector reach this part while installed to a draw tie hitch receiver.

Curt has verified that their 7-way and 4-way part # C55774 is a fit for your 2017 Nissan Titan SV crew cab. Basically it just plugs into the 7-way wiring you have at the rear of your truck and then gives you both style of connectors. The mounting bracket is designed to attach to a lower bumper or fascia though and shouldn't be attached to the hitch as that would void the hitch warranty to drill into it.
