If I have the 7 way OEM connection by the tire, and install a brake controller where do I wire the brake output from the controller to? To the 7 way plug or is there a harness under the instrument panel that already has a connection wired to the OEM connector by the tire For that purpose?

Since your 2013 Nissan Titan has the factory 7-way wiring installing a brake controller like the Brake EVN # TK63VR is easy and only requires the correct install harness part # 3050-P which plugs in under the dash.
For a 7-way you'd only need the part # C55774 and you'd then be set.
