Is this replacement light available in a red/amberinch combination? If so what is part number?

I have a couple options for you that are going to be a close match to the Peterson Piranha LED Clearance Light # M161R .

# MCL65ARB is 3-15/16" long and a 10 diode LED light that is amber on the left and red on the right. This is a surface mount light and does not come with a mounting bracket. # MCL67ARB is the same light that comes with a mounting bracket included.

If you were looking for a 2 diode light you can use # MCL61ARB which does not come with a mounting bracket.

If you're looking for a smaller size or different diode count, let me know and I might be able to reach out to our manufacturers to see if they've got what you're specifically looking for.

Yes, the light part #MCL65ARB is the correct replacement for what you sent in a picture of on your horse trailer. The mounting bracket in the picture is the same as the part #A65PB so it's a match.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
