Question:
I like the fact the hitch is hidden and you see only the receiver. I need to know what is meant by Some Facia Trimming just how much and will it be seenThanks

The hidden design on the EcoHitch Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7345 for your 2018 Honda CR-V is definitely a really nice feature that helps to maintain a sleek factory appearance on the vehicle. When installing the hitch you will just need to cut a 1-3/4 x 2 inch opening on the underside of the bumper to accommodate the hitch receiver. Since the trimming is on the underside of the bumper it won't be seen from the rear.
I have attached a couple images from the installation manual that will be included that show this process.
