Are there any install instructions? If professionally installed, will it require any cutting into the bumper? Thanks!

Hello Bobby, thanks for reaching out. I can definitely provide some helpful information for you, but sadly there is no online version of the instructions for the EcoHitch # EH25KR. I can tell you it will be a no drill install. You will need to temporarily remove the rear bumper and temporarily lower the exhaust. Some trimming of the bumper fascia will be required to reattach the bumper.
Take a look at the video I linked. This shows installation of the EcoHitch # 306-X7345 on a 2021 Honda Pilot. So not the exact same hitch but the installation will be very similar. Take a look and see how you feel.
